An elegant, old-world real estate website with MLS®/IDX integration, showcasing luxury listings from the Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB) with advanced map search
The client requested real-time MLS® updates every 2 hours, connected directly to the Victoria Real Estate Board, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings. Their previous site lacked automated updates, search functionality, and advanced listing features, limiting user engagement. The redesigned site, featuring a luxurious color scheme of light blues, cream, and gold, includes frequent listing refreshes, powerful search tools, and an interactive map. A unique gallery on the hero section, featuring black-and-white images overlaid on top of the regular gallery in color, sets the site apart from typical real estate designs. Additionally, a new developments section was added to highlight upcoming projects, providing users with fresh real estate opportunities.
